Yes, you can keep your existing phone number (by porting it to us). It usually takes from 2 to 10 days to port your number. Please note that there is once off charge associated with each number porting.

What is a "cloud based" service?

Our service is “cloud-based” which means that the core processing equipment and software are located in different data-centres. Many popular and established brands such as Amazon, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, etc. offer cloud-based systems, because they are more secure, flexible and cost-efficient.

How does it work?

If you have an account with us and your business phone system is connected to the Internet. You can get local phone numbers from us or use your existing ones. The implementation process is fast and smooth (all our devices are pre-configured). You just plug your VoIP phone into your Internet connection and start making and receiving calls. Can I get new local or International phone numbers?

Yes, you can get one or multiple Irish landline numbers with us. You just have to select the package that suits your business needs (each package includes a set of phone numbers and options). Will I have a good call quality?

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you provide refunds?

The prices are starting from € 25 a month, this is a basic package with an essential set of features (call conference, call queues, voicemail, mobile app, etc.), 2 Irish landline numbers, maximum 2 phone users. If you need extra features/phone users, installation and support service, you can always upgrade to the next package. With our hosted phone service, you will reduce the cost of your calls by around 50% or even more.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, you don’t have to sign any long-term contracts or commitments. We offer 30-day rolling contract. You simply get the package you need and start using our service instantly. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

No, we’ll pre-configure the phones before sending them to you. All you must do is plug in in your phones into your Internet connection and start using our service.

How long does it take to set up my phone system?

Our system is centralised, this means that the installation process is fast and smooth. Usually, it takes less than 24 hours to get your business phone system up and running (from the moment you place a request).

How many phone users can I have?

This depends on the package that you choose. Each handset, desktop/mobile app or extension is counted as a phone user. You can have from 1 to 89 phone users (that means up to 89 phones in your office). Our system is very flexible so you can easily scale up or down your business communication to suit your needs.

Do I need new phones?

To get the most of our hosted phone system you need VoIP capable handsets. We provide a wide variety of reliable, fully-featured handsets from Cisco and recommend using them on all your premises and for all your business needs. Two of the most popular and demanded phones are Cisco SPA301 and Cisco SPA303, you can purchase them from us, simply select the ones you need during sign up process.

Can I perform calls without phones?

Yes, you can use compatible desktop or mobile applications to perform and receive calls from your PC, laptop or mobile device. Additionally, you can use our Android/iOS app to manage your account from anywhere.


Do you provide installation services?
